Township to Upgrade Signage Within the Countryside Preserve

The Township of Uxbridge Parks and Trails Department is upgrading the maps and post numbers within the Countryside Preserve the week of May 13th (weather permitting) in an effort to streamline navigation. As part of the upgrade, the current post numbers will be modified to better align with the updated maps, providing clarity and convenience.

The map below outlines these changes.

The Countryside Preserve will remain open to the public while these upgrades occur.

Hospital Helipad Temporarily Moving to Fields of Uxbridge

Redevelopment of the Uxbridge Hospital will begin in late fall 2024. During hospital construction, the helipad supporting Ornge Air Ambulance will be relocated to provide a safe location to land air-ambulances. The hospital itself will remain operational during all phases of construction.
