The Road will be Closed between Toronto St. and Spruce St. between 5:00 and 8:00pm..

The unveiling of the Lt. Col. Samuel S. Sharpe sculpture will take place on Friday, May 25th, at the corner of Brock Street and Toronto Street. The event includes a parade at 6:45pm and the unveiling ceremony at 7:00pm.

Street closures along Brock St. W. between Spruce St. and Toronto St. will commence at 5:00pm. The road will be fully closed at 6:30pm until after the ceremony. Closure of Spruce St. between Brock St. W and Railway/King St. will occur to accommodate the parade. Toronto St. will remain open to traffic.

Residents are encouraged to attend the parade and ceremony to honour the commitment, service and sacrifice of Col. Sharpe in the Great War. A reception will follow at 7:45 at the Uxbridge Historical Centre (Museum).
